PKH Welcomes Tom Finch to its Litigation Practice Group

Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt LLP (PKH) is pleased to announce the addition of Tom Finch to its Litigation Practice Group. Tom joins PKH from Alston & Bird, an AM Law 50 law firm, where he distinguished himself as a leading attorney in patent and intellectual property (IP) litigation.

Tom brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of patent litigation, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and other high-stakes IP disputes. His broad expertise in navigating complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels makes him a strategic asset to PKH’s clients across a wide array of industries.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tom to Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt,” said Scott Amy, Partner at PKH. “Tom’s depth of experience in patent litigation and his commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients will further strengthen our nationally recognized litigation practice. We look forward to the valuable insights and leadership he will bring to our team.”

Tom is integral in handling large-scale patent disputes for some of the world’s most innovative companies. His addition to PKH will support the firm’s continued growth in the intellectual property litigation space, solidifying its position as a go-to firm for complex, high-stakes matters.

"I am excited to join Perilla Knox & Hildebrandt and work alongside such a talented team of litigators," said Finch. "The firm’s dedication to client success and its collaborative, forward-thinking approach to litigation are qualities I admire, and I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued success."
