Before joining PKH, Mousumi worked as an engineer at Motorola, where she played a key role in the design and development of cutting-edge communication systems and electronic devices. At Motorola, she collaborated with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve product performance and reliability, developed and tested prototypes, and authored technical documentation. Her tenure at Motorola equipped her with a deep understanding of the technological landscape and the intricacies of product innovation.

In addition to her time at Motorola, Mousumi has worked at various consulting firms, providing expert technical consulting services to a diverse range of clients in the electronics and telecommunications industries. She conducted feasibility studies, technical assessments, and delivered tailored engineering solutions to optimize operational efficiency and product performance. Her consulting roles also involved supporting clients in patent-related matters, including prior art searches, patentability assessments, and patent strategy development.
